winepocket wine tote by josh jakusDescription of winepocket wine tote by josh jakusyou never know what will inspire a designer nowadays. take for instance carrying around bottles of wine. most would call anything designed for that a niche product and leave it at that. not josh jakus. it may not look like it but the winepocket is the child of jakus's efforts to reduce the amount of material and labor needed to make a good wine tote. it stores flat then transforms from a two-dimensional surface to a three-dimensional wine tote when you put a bottle of wine in it. the winepocket is made from pieces of grey industrial wool felt like jakus's UM bags. this felt is excess material from other industrial processes and would otherwise go to waste. his products are cut and sewn in san francisco CA. 85% wool and 15% mixed fibers. for more designs from josh jakus . for more barware .Bar Tools & Glasses |
