My husband loves to barbeque so we have been looking for a salt grinder and pepper mill for a long time. The ones we were looking at were slightly bigger than a salt and pepper shaker which did us no good. When I found these on Amazon.com and showed them to my husband he told me to purchase them. We love them. We use them daily when cooking. The fact that they are motorized is an added bonus.Customer Review: touchless

my Grandmother first had the product but she got it on QVC for alot more money I, was'nt going to pay that so i looked around and found it on Amazon for alot less! So i bought it for my mother and she loves it i, think that it is cool you just push and bam it comes out. What fun to grind your salt and pepper with the touch of a button. There is even a light below so you can see how much salt or pepper you're getting. How many times have you salted something and unable to see it come out, shake some into your hand to see if it's really working. These are very attractive and make a nice gift. We were very disappointed in this product. It worked marginally for salt, and exceedingly poorly for pepper. With pepper it made terrible noises and you could not get a fine or even semi fine grind. Mostly it made noise, stalled to where you had to take out the pepper and start all over again to get anything out. We returned it as it was a total waste of money.Customer Review: grinding is easier than shaking

the first box that was sent, one did not work so I had to ask for a replacement. the replacement process was easy.
the actual product I love. you can adjust your texture on the bottom. i currently do not have any complaints except for the size and the style/shape. but they get the job done, and i won't give them up, merry christmas to my friends i love.
