Bought 2 sets of these grinders. One for my self and one for my boss. Now the boss uses it more than i, and had problems with the pepper ginder after first few weeks. Thought it was over loaded. By the end of a month it was dead. Good thing was Amazon replace it quicker than you could blink an eye!! Mine on the other had are working just fine. Do have 2 more sets, set aside for Christmas presents, hope they last longer than my bosses. Hint, dont fill pepper up all the way.Customer Review: iTouchless Automatic SS Pepper Mill & Salt Grinder

PROs. I received both units in excellent condition and when promised. The units were easy to set up and fill with pepper and salt. They worked as advertised and are a conversation piece at the dinner table. The light underneath the unit adds to the dispensing of the material.
CONs. Instructions to adjust the amount of material to be ground was not clear. Following what appeared to be the only adjustment did not make any visible changes.

I bought mine from sharper image. It does grind and light glows at the bottom of the mill and all. How fancy. But the designers forgot one important factor. I just want ground pepper on my eggs and NOT THE PEPPER MILL.
So the top with which you hold the device pops regularly and comes down when you use it.The only way to use it as if you are opening a primed explosive case. Never shake and dont move while operating. Do it in slow motion.

Its the first product that I purchased in amazon in terms of delivery it arrives early that I expected compared (specially in third wold country PHILIPPINES) to those stuff I purchased before that it takes 3 months it arrive in m place.Customer Review: Always broken

I ordered this as a gift for someone, and when it shipped and they opened the package it was broken (a tiny plastic chip had broken off of the unit, preventing it from actually working) so I returned it through Amazon and requested a replacement. However the replacement I received was ALSO broken, this time the light bulb doesn't light up when the batteries are inserted. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
