Great lil basting brush. Came across it in Aleta Watson's Hot Stuff food column in the San Jose Mercury News. Only complaint was that the length could be longer, other than that it is an innovative brush!
Description of iSi Silicone Standing Baster with Brush, Black
The iSi Silicone Standing Baster with Brush features a unique design that allows it to be used as a traditional bulb baster or as a basting brush with a built-in resevoir. The bulb and brush are made of heat resistant silicone and will not crack like rubber or clump like natural bristles. The translucent resevoir holds up to 1/2 cup of liquid and has measuring marks on the inside that are helpful when preparing recipes. The unique construction of the baster lets juices be drawn into the bulb while the brush is in place and allows the baster to stand upright, preventing spills and facilitating fat separation.
