The ISI Profi Whipped Cream Maker works great! I make sugar-free whipped cream using heavy cream, vanilla, and Sweet One sweetener (Acesulfame-K) with no artificial fat. I keep the bottle in the refrigerator and use it often. A swirl of whipped cream adds pizazz to my morning coffee. The only downside is that a liter of whipped cream is a lot of whipped cream!!!! I wish I had purchased the 1 pint version.
