Customer Review: this is a great two-in-one tool

I am very pleased with this iSi silicone wide spatula. It is solidly constructed, and will handle stiff cookie dough as well as a soft cornmeal mixture. The two sided shape puts more choices in your hands. It has just enough flex around the edges to take care of anything in the mixing bowl. It is all one piece and so easy to clean. This was put to the test when I bought a jar of organic peanut butter, and had to mix all the oil on top into the peanuts. It didn't flinch, didn't bend, and I was a fan from then on. Tough enough for the hard jobs but gentle enough to not leave a "scar mark" as a reminder. Finally, I love the fact that iSi made this in my favorite shade of red, and that ranks it at five stars plus.
