Customer Review: Good---when it works
Summary: 3 Stars
Mine worked for about a year, then died. When it worked, it was amazing. It did a great job on my wood floors, and I liked the smell that it left behind. I also enjoyed watching my cats "attack" it, then run away when it "chased" them. Then it died. I bought a kit to clean it, replaced filters and other parts--pointless. I then mailed it back to the company but the company says that it never arrived. So I have a lot of cleaning fluid that I need to find another use for and a bunch of useless accessories. I will not be buying another one of these things.
