If you are a person who has trouble relaxing your mind at the end of the day like me, this is a great product for you. Trouble sleeping has been my curse since I was a kid. Takes me forever to fall asleep and hardly ever make it through a night without waking up a few times. I was taking Lunesta, which worked great, but then my insurance all the sudden had me paying way to much for it. I now take a generic form of ambien regularly which works just OK. I just randomly got a few samples of these and they really helped me get a great nights rest. I take one and in about 20-30 minutes I start to get tired and go to sleep, and stay asleep. I would take one every week night if they were a little cheaper, but i keep a couple on hand in case I need to be well rested for something the next day.
Great Product. Great taste too.
