Ergonomically designed for scraping inside long, narrow jars and can be used both right and left-handed. Made of high grade silicone; will not curl in hot oil and is heat resistant to 500°F/260°C. The silicone reaches up to the handle for easy cleaning.This versatile spreader is perfect for applying a rich cream cheese frosting to homemade carrot cake, spreading chunky peanut butter on a slice of bread, or stir-frying vegetables.
