Customer Review: Not all silicone, handle very slick

I received this pricey Zyliss "Silicone Spoon Spatula" today, and was sorely disappointed. It does not match up with the product description. It is actually 11 1/4 long, not the 12.2 stated. It is extremely rigid, and I would say that the silicone spoon part is close to that of a nylon tool, not what I call flexible. I doubt if this would work well for me in mixing up a batch of oatmeal cookies. The handle of this tool is firm and slick, and would be uncomfortably hard on my hand. It has no textured surface, and I wouldn't trust it with wet hands. I don't know what the handle is composed of, it appears to be a very hard plastic. Safe, who knows? There is a gap between the hardened handle and the silicone, which could trap bacteria.
I was fooled by the "Swiss design" on this, as it wasn't all that well designed. Also, this item was made in China, so the "Swiss designed" was just a selling tool. All in all, this is an over-priced, overstated, mostly useless tool in my opinion.
