While it is a great cutter (stayed sharp) and is very safe, I found it hard to clean. When I would take the blade out, I'd always be scared of cutting myself and in being careful, ended up breaking it. Chucked it in the trash this morning. I'm going to go with the Kitchen Aid cutter this time.

Description of Zyliss Palm-Held Pizza Slicer, Red The pizza wheel has a palm-held grip for optimum control with less force, it is ergonomically designed so the pressure is applied directly to the cutting wheel instead of traveling along the length of a handle. Sleek and compact, Zyliss' palm-held pizza slicer combines basic geometry with stylish design. A bright plastic cover shaped like a semi-circle snaps onto a round stainless-steel cutting wheel. Held with one hand, the wheel rolls easily and evenly over pizza surfaces without strain to the fingers or wrist. The cover even has a small knob on the side to brace against a thumb or forefinger. When it's time to clean up, the two parts come apart and both pieces go safely into the dishwasher. This handy tool also works with baked treats, cookie dough, or fresh pasta.
