Customer Review: More useful than expected

This knife is better than expected. I use it for most vegetables and fruit slicing, and with it worry less about dulling the blade on the cutting board than with a regular knife. I've been using it for months and it does not seem any less sharp. I had concern my wife would think I had bought another useless kitchen tool, but was suprised at her enthusiastic approval when she saw it. It is very attractive. The knife has a great "vibe", I even think that the food prefers being cut with it, if that's possible. It is very well made, easy to clean, safe to keep in a drawer without a cover, so is very practical. It would make a great gift. It compliments my Progressive International LKS-06 Lettuce Keeper and Vita-Mix 5200.
