Customer Review: Cute, well-designed, small but functional
Summary: 4 Stars
The colors are just as bright and attractive as they appear on the Amazon site. These clips are small (even the "medium" ones, not big enough for potato chip bags but fine for smaller things. The magnets are not weak, strong enough to hold a note without sliding down the fridge.
The "teeth" of the clips are small strips of cushy rubber, and there is also a strip of rubber across the back where the clip would contact the refrigerator above the magnet. These are very well designed with no sharp edges; care was taken to avoid scratching both the fridge and whatever the clips are holding.
When I opened the shipment box from Amazon I heard a small "clunk" as I took out the clips. At the bottom of the box I found a small magnet, and a quick look at the back of the clips revealed the red one was missing a magnet. I glued the magnet back in place with Elmer's glue and it has been fine so far. However it seems very likely some could receive these and not be so lucky as to find applicable missing magnet(s) in the bottom of the box. That is why these only got 4 stars.
But for under $5, I consider this a good buy.
