This is a great product. it is asy to interchange the blades and easy to clean. the guard works very well too. It took a few trys to get the trick of using everything, but it is one of those must haves in the kitchen now. This is an ingenious slicer grater. Saves space in the drawer and multi-tasks. I've sliced onions paper thin. The handle only works if the item isn't too bulky or round, but hasn't presented a problem. Easy to use and clean. I've bought two now!Customer Review: Zyliss 4-in-1 slicer and grater
