Customer Review: I have only 3 complaints...

I bought a set like that at Macy's (the only difference is that I had 4 regular knives instead of 3 mid-size steak knives in the set), there it is called "Zwilling J.A. Henckels TWIN Signature 12-Piece Cutlery Block Set". It is exact same one except for 3 steak knives have been replaces with 4 normal ones. The knives were really sharp when they arrived and I liked them at first. However, I changed my mind because of the three reasons below:
1) I tried making a hole in a can of "Dole" pineapple juice by pointing the tip of the knife against the can and lightly hitting the handle from above by another hand (I used to do this all the time with a cheap knives set under the name of "Ginsu" I used to own with no problems, it is sold at amazon here: Ginsu 4817 International Traditions 14-Piece Knife Set with Block, Natural). Anyway, in the process of opening the can the tip of the knife got bent. I am not an expert but I used to think that good knives made of quality steel should never bend, they may break, but bending is something they are not supposed to ever do.
2) My second complaint is that the quality of the brick is inferior to that same "Ginsu" set I used to own. I have uploaded some photos I have taken showing the imperfections I am talking about. My major complaint is that there is an obvious slit between the main and the front wooden pieces. In addition, if the brick is turned upside down, it is not perfect either with all the leftover wooden pieces.
3) After about 2 months of using the set there are light traces of rust on the scissors. No rust on any knives, only the scissors are affected. I can't take a close up picture with my cell phone to show that but I will get hold of a suitable camera to take some pictures and will be back here to upload them.
While maybe can opening is something these particular knives were not designed to do, but the obviously crappy quality of the block and the rust on the scissors is beyond my comprehension taking into account the brand name and the price range of the set. Henckels should be ashamed.
