Customer Review: Henckels are the best knives I've ever used or owned

Simply the best. I use about a four pound rump roast to make chili (eight quarts also with three pounds of ground beef and one pound of sausage) and it usually takes me quite a bit of time to trim the fat and dice the meat into small pieces. I used both the fillet and boning knives, and it was so much more easier and effortless that I enjoyed doing it, it took a lot less time than using my old knives. I'll never buy another cheap knife again.

NOTE: Amazon has this set incorrectly listed as "Twin Four Star 2-Piece", it should be "Henckel Four Star 2-Piece" set, not Twin.
