Zojirushi NS-JCC18 Neuro Fuzzy 10-Cup Rice Cooker & Warmer This is the best Rice Cooker ever. I have one for myself and my family and also gave one to my cousin. We have always used Zojirushi products for over 20 years. I would recommend this Cooker to anyone looking for a good product that will surely last for many years. In fact my Family still has a Zojirushi Rice Cooker that we purchased in Korea in 1987> It still works like new.
My cousin also loves his Zojirushi Rice Cooker. He tells me he often gets compliments on its style and neat features. If its a great product you are seeking look no further and Buy this Cooker....
Description of Zojirushi NS-JCC18 Neuro Fuzzy 10-Cup Rice Cooker & Warmer
The Neuro Fuzzy rice cooker is so quick, it cooks your white, brown and mixed rice 20 minutes quicker than most other rice cookers when on quick cooking menu. The outer spherical pan provides even heating for perfectly cooked rice every time; the inner portion has a durable nonstick coating so clean up is quick and easy. And to keep your rice warm until you're ready to serve, there's even an extended Keep Warm button. The tight-lock lid and steam cap keeps your rice moist as well. Menu settings include regular, hard, soft and porridge. Also included is a recipe book that includes eight recipes (including some for porridge). Note: Although you can use this cooker to prepare brown rice, an additional step is involved. You must first soak the brown rice in water before cooking, at least four hours or overnight for best results.The first electric rice cookers seemed miraculous--perfect rice in minutes with a minimum of fuss. Now, happily, the second generation is here. Equipped with a micro-computerized fuzzy logic temperature control system, Zojirushi's new rice cooker not only knows when rice is done, but cooks to different levels of doneness as well. Want softer rice for making croquettes or harder rice for fried rice? No problem. This 10-cup cooker also has controls for brown rice, white rice, porridge, or grits. You can even make one-dish meals like vegetable rice or jambalaya--the recipes are included. Best of all, the cooker keeps rice warm for a long time--up to 8 hours--without drying out. To save time, you can use the Quick Cook option. The nonstick inner cooking pan conveniently lifts out for adding ingredients, and the electric cord is retractable into the base.
