This vinyl zippered case for the Thermapen The Original Super-Fast Thermapen Instant Read Thermometer (Red) by Thermoworks encases it and has interior pockets for other accessories so it was obviously made for some other Thermoworks products. I think that the zipper will last longer in use than the leather wallet Protective leather wallet for the Super-Fast Thermapen with belt loop (I have both). That leather wallet uses a button snap to close the leather flap. I think that the snap will become loose sooner than the zipper going bad (loose teeth or the stitches for the zipper becoming loose). While this zipper case may be nice to protect the Thermapen's LCD screen when stored in a drawer, it would be nice to have a belt loop on one side.
PROS:
Fully encases your Thermapen and has better padding to protect it than the leather wallet.
CONS:
Could use a belt loop or clip for more functionality.
