Customer Review: Itty Bitty Lite

This is the third book light I have purchased for my wife. I bought it for my wife because its LED lights should have longer battery life than the old incandescent lights. We haven't had it long enough to determine if the battery life is longer or not. What we do notice, the light is a better quality light than the old one. The Itty Bitty Lite illuminates hardbound books quite well but doesn't disturb me while sleeping. Using this light with rechargeable lights eliminates the need for adapters and that dangling cord.
My wife likes it much better than the old one and has relegated the old one to the bottom shelf of her night stand. It seems sad to replace the perfectly working old light but the new one just works too well.

LED booklight in silver abs plastic. Pull up the arm to turn the light on. Fully adjustable head with 2 bright LED's gives 48 hours of good reading light on 2 AAA Batteries. Comes complete with travel case.As light and compact as the original, this LED version of the Itty Bitty book light rules out the possibility of a bulb burning out during the crucial last chapter. Its two tiny heat-free LED bulbs provide adequate reading light for a grand total of 100,000 hours--enough to keep you reading through decades of use. Clipped to your paperback or hardcover book, the light shines directly on the pages instead of on your sleeping partner. In addition, it carries its power source inside--four AAA batteries (not included) keep it going for up to 14 continuous hours. You can also purchase an AC adapter separately for steady, more economical use.
Designed for easy portability and minimal weight, the light collapses to 4-1/2 inches, extends to 7 inches, and tips the scales at a mere 2-1/2 ounces.
