Customer Review: Keeps stuff cold but is very hard to open and top came apart.

Keeps stuff cold but is very hard to open and top came apart right away. The top is two different pieces and when you try to get the top off, which is almost certain to freeze to the container, it comes apart as if its suppose to but in doing so leave the container closed with no way of getting it off.
It does keep ice cream and stuff cold for a while, but if you have to wait 30mins for thawing and wedging with a knife to get it open what is the point?
For ice cream a nice glass pyrex container with a plastic top works better than this item.
I couldn't find another item in the price range that was designed to hold ice-cream, but one with a top that used latches or something would be a lot better.
