Customer Review: The ultimate fishing knife

Who ever designed this knife really new what they were doing.The fine edge glides right through fish and the curved blade makes it easy to cut gills and fins. This is really a step up from the inexpensive fillet knives that are on the market.
The leather sheath I don't think I would wear but, it does make a good cover for the blade.
Now it is up to me to catch the fish.
Description of Wusthof Fillet Knife with Leather Sheath
Accompanied by a leather sheath with a belt loop so it's always handy and the edge is protected, this knife has a thin, narrow, curved, 7-inch blade to neatly fillet fish on boat or riverbank. The blade is forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel, is precisely tapered with a hand-honed edge, and has a bolster for balance and safety. Part of Wüsthof's Grand Prix line of cutlery, the knife's tough, slip-resistant handle is molded of subtly pebble-grained fiberglass/nylon.
