These scissors cut well enough, although they honestly are NOT the most comfortable kitchen shears I have ever used. The annoying thing is that there is a little button-bolt that holds the shears together, and even if I put the shears in the dishwasher without taking them apart, the button always pops off and I have to search for it. Also the blade length is quite short. I would not purchase these again.Customer Review: Cooks best gadget!

I love these! My friend has a pair and I watched her use them while making dinner and realized I needed these! I use them for cutting all my vegetables super fast. I was a bit intimidated with taking them apart thinking that it was real involved but it isn't! Just presses back together and your all set to go! These Wusthof kitchen shears are very handy. Not only do they do a good job of cutting up chickens or snipping herbs, but the come-apart feature works well for both cleaning and using the shears as a strong serrated knife. It wouldn't do to cut bread but if you have boxes with strapping tape this feature works better than a standard kitchen knife. Until I got my Wusthof Kitchen Shears I didn't realize just how many times I would be using them. They have quickly become indispensable. One of my favorite things about them is the easy way they come apart when you want to wash them, but don't accidentally come apart while in use. If this pair wears out or more likely is stolen by one of my sisters, I will definitely buy again.Customer Review: everything I wanted!

These kitchen shears are everything I was looking for. They come a part for easier cleaning, which really comes in handy when I've cut into something sticky, and will also be nice when they need to be sharpened. And best of all, they're Wusthof, so I know they're the same quality as the knife set I have. I love them- and so did my Mom- I'm buying one for her for Xmas!
