Customer Review: I like it better than the crepe pan it replaced in my kitchen
Summary: 4 Stars
The surface is great. And the aluminum base distributes the heat evenly and quickly.
The handle is a bit long and heavy and so it doesn't want to sit flat. Also the handle is metal and connects very conductively with the base and gets very hot.
But the crepes turned out great.
