This is one ingenious little tool that I was made aware of thanx to a recent Dr. Oz show that featured it. This takes the (arthritis) pain in the hands out of mixing my favorite "NO-sodium" P'Butter (Krema). You just have to be sure you measure the outside diameter of the jar you want to mix, before buying...I found this information out in a review by a gracious sole who went to the trouble of letting buyers know that one size does NOT fit all. Description of Witmer Company Peanut Butter Mixer, Model 300
Oil separation is a natural occurrence in non-hydrogenated peanut butter. This innovative new device will easily stir the peanut butter in the original container without splashing the oil. It conveniently cleans the mixing rod upon removal from the jar. These features will help you enjoy your experience with Natural Peanut Butter. The Natural Peanut Butter Mixer has a chrome-plated stirring rod and handle. A coated-steel lid provides rigid support for the hand mixer and a durable molded plastic knob spins freely to facilitate turning the crank. A bearing collar on the mixing rod seats snugly inside a chrome-plated lid grommet to provide a smooth, even rotation. This mixer stirs a wide variety of nut butters that are packaged in a 16-ounce jar with the small mouth, 70 mm (2-3/4-inch) diameter lid opening. Includes storage bag.Cook's Tools & Gadgets
