Customer Review: Much better than bubble wrap.

For years, every time I sent wine somewhere in my luggage I would just throw it in some bubble wrap and forget about it. This method worked for me for years without incident, until a trip back to Michigan last Christmas. Let me tell you, all it takes is one broken bottle of red wine in your suitcase to make you instantly super paranoid about transporting anything that had the potential to destroy all your clothes. I didn't bother with those wine protectors in SkyMall, since they didn't really appear to be any more protective than the bubble wrap I always used. Anyway, I stumbled across these "Wine diapers" several months ago and they actually work really well. Of course, in my paranoia, I decided to give it a test run in the form of a cheap bottle of wine and a hammer...no leaks! Been using them for my wine without incident ever since (and the great thing is that they are totally reusable). So if you want some peace of mind and you prefer your luggage safe, I hugely recommend these.
