Customer Review: PERFECT for gluten free cooking!

These 6 tart pans hold one recipe for a pie. I have had to eliminate gluten from my diet and wanted to make pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving but making gluten free crust isn't easy. With these tart pans, I mixed some almond meal and melted butter and cinnamon and pressed the mix into the bottom of these tart pans to serve as a gluten free crust and poured the pumpkin pie custard into them and baked them together on a cookie sheet. The finished cooled pie removes easily from the tins (I had placed a round cut sheet of parchment paper on the bottom to assist in removing the bottom piece) and the finished result is beautiful and ready to show off for company! I can't wait to try other fillings with these!
