I purchased a few of these in search of a way to streamline my candy making as I sell them. Before i was lining a pan, then greasing the lining and it was just a hassle. Now when I make my caramels I don't even have to grease the pan I just pour the syrup into the silicone pan and let it set up and it unmolds perfectly.
These are very durable and take great temperature changes. I pour the syrup into the pan at 245 degrees and it hasn't affected them yet.
Highly recomended. Though I have not used them for actual baking.
