I bought this for my upcoming birthday as I am a huge cupcake fan. Ths will be just the ticket. I have a dozen smaller cupcakes I bought from Sprinkles and then I will have this big one. I can't wait! It has a non stick finish and a recipe for chocolate pound cake enclosed. The top holds 5 cups of batter and the base holds about 5.5 cups, just for reference.Customer Review: Love this pan

I have used this pan twice since I received it and had no problems. I use Pam with flour, spray the pan well and it comes out great. I filled the pans about 2/3 full and suggested in previous reviews and bake it about 50min. I used two cake mixes and used the extra for cup cakes. I greased that pan so well and the cake still stuck to the pan. It is really hard to get the bottom section of the cake to break free from the pan but the top swirly part that gives the cupcake it's shape was the worst. I ended up having to dig the cake out and it totally ruined the cake. No amount of icing can fix that. Would not recommend.Customer Review: Mrs.

I made a Birthday "Cupcake" for my husband for his 60th using the recipe that came with the pan. Turned out great. Now im practicing my decorating skills for Birthdays coming up for grandkids and great grandkids. Im very happy with my purchase, the promptness of delivery and Amazon. My wife purchased this pan to make our baby girl's 1st birthday cake. It turned out perfect. If you follow the directions, you should have no trouble with one side cooking faster than the other, or over-flowing, etc. Like I said, it turned out great and she got tons of compliments on it-everyone thought it was a professionally done cake!
