Customer Review: Right size, but really labor-intensive. And the "R" looks weird.

I'm a cake decorator and ordered these to put letters on kids' cakes. The size is right, but any letter with a 'hole' in it like B or P, well the cutter doesn't cut it out! It indents a line for you to use as a guide to cut it out with an exacto, but it doesn't work! My letters come out screwed up. :( I wanted something that would cut out a perfect letter and this just doesn't do it. Plus the letter R's 'leg' is strangely thin compared to the rest of the letter, so the R looks weird.
