This microwave was just purchased for my office. It is very fast and cooks food thouroughly. The only complaint I have (thus the deduction of 2 stars) is that when you press the buttons or when the microwave dings because it is done, the beeps are incredibly LOUD. This can be good or bad depending on what purpose you are buying it for. If it is for your home, I would recommend against it because the beeps are so loud. For an office setting it might be better.Customer Review: Stay away

I am so disappointed this microwave didn't even last 2 weeks. It never popped popcorn right. I used it very little just for reheating and popcorn. The first time I tried to bake 2 potatoes in in, after 10 min it started making a loud grinding noise and got very hot. It sounded like it was going to blow up. I let it cool off and when I tried it again it, it still made the horrible noise but it no longer would get hot. I will never buy this brand again.Customer Review: Great Buy!!!!

I have had this micorwave for over five months now and not one complaint! You really can not go wrong with this. It's less than 50$ and works as good as you need it to. Cooks anything justa s well as any microwave and is easy to clean. I reccommend this item to anyone looking for a reliable microwave. I have had this microwave for a couple of months now and I have no complaints about it! For $39.95 no tax free shipping what more could you ask for! I mostly use it to reheat, make popcorn and boil water for my tea. It is a quality product for the price! The people that have complaints are probably stupid and don't know how to use a microwave! After reading the reviews, I was excited about finally finding a good microwave small enough to put on my counter. I had the microwave for one week and used it only a few times. It seemed to heat and defrost fine, however, the button to open the door broke. My food was trapped in the microwave. I wouldn't buy this brand of microwave again.
