I live in an apartment complex and not able to grill on the balcony. The taste is not the same as outdoor grilling but great to have on hand for healthy preparations of food.
Cleaning the grill is the only downside it's hard to get in between the grates and I haven't found a soft bristle brush which would be extremely helpful.
Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

This grill is so easy to use and clean that everyone should replace their old outdoor grill. Our food cooked evenly and tender with less fat and burn spots. There is no hot splattering when the lid is removed as you apply toppings or seasonings. The base is very stable and cool during use remaining safe for others who are nearby. I'm a big griller in the spring, summer and fall. I was looking for an indoor grill for those cold winter nights and this grill fit the bill perfectly! Clean up is easy, the griddle on the side is great for veggies, and following the grill temps, perfect chicken and burgers!! My 15 year old son loves it too! Grilled burgers any time! This is my first indoor grill, and I am very pleased with it. I cooks tasty meat, and the cooking guide that comes with the grill is accurate. It cooks with very little smoke, and the teflon grill is super easy to clean.
The only problem I have had is that the trim on my lid comes loose on one side. When it is loose, it does not fit snugly. I have to monitor this.

Bought this grill when I moved into an apartment building where I couldn't have my propane grill. I survive off grilling alone. This grill is exactly as advertised : Easy to use, cooks wonderfully, and is easy to clean up. I grill on this almost nightly, and all the food has turned out perfectly, from steaks to chicken to bratwurst. All with no smoke. Highly recommended.
