Based on all the good reviews, I ordered the product and was very disappointed at the results, which were just the opposite of all the good reviews. The water in the botton tray tends to boil rather create a grilled food. Further, it is hard to clean. I returned the product at a loss because of the shipping cost incurred. I purchased a skillet with ridges and an easy clean surface. Now I have the excellent results written about in the good reviews. I suggest you do the same and you will not only be happy but save money too!Customer Review: Excellent

I bought the Wesbend Heart Smart grill about a month ago now. I've used it about three times a week for the past month and have been extremely satisfied with it. It does not make any smoke and is just like an outdoor BBQ. The meat is very moist and juicy and vegetables also come out excellent. It's very easy to clean and I just put the grill in the dishwasher when it's dirty. It's also easy to clean in the sink as the food does not really stick to the surface. DON'T BUY THIS GRILL. I've had this electric grill for a little over a year. It hasn't seen heavy use at all. I had family over yesterday and tried grilling sausage - the kind that are already cooked and just need heating.....the grill just couldn't get hot enough to even warm them up! Later, I tested the grill with an oven thermometer (with the lid on) and it did get up to 300 after 10 minutes. Just not hot enough to grill ANYTHING, especially with the lid off.Customer Review: It's jjust great

Couldn't be happier, This is my first electric grill, I swear it performs how it's being described, Works well, Easy installation and cleaning comfortably without any hassle. Size is more than enough.
Really indoors is most completely smokeless, although there are times that it produces some but even unnoticeable or unseen it does not annoy anybody, never in a way it could trigger any smoke alarm. Food taste good very well.

Since I ordered this grill I have used it many times. I've cooked burgers, steak, chicken, pork and even sausages on it. The meat cooks evenly and leaves those nice grill marks. I live in an apartment and it does not smoke, so I imagine the neighbors are happy about that. The flat surface is great for toasting burger buns. The whole unit is very easy to clean and I love the drip pan that you can add water to. Also, the variable heat option is a tremendous plus for me.
