I ordered a WestBend Dual Timer thru Amazon.com and it was received from CosmeticMall. Their guarante was full refund, excluding Handling/Shipping charge (!) if returned (at their expense). The timer was defective, so I returned it. I received an e-mail, dated 9/23/08, that the VISA acct. would be credited within 24-48 hrs. As of 10/30/08 no credit has appeared on my acccount. Very disturbing and disappointing, to say the least.
