I bought the WeighMax 2820 (not from Amazon) with a 10 year warranty @10 months ago and used it @20 times. It started to weigh incorrectly and would not calibrate. I sent it to the company's address in California and 30 days later I received a kitchen scale with a 2 year warranty as a replacement. It is also weighs inaccurately. The WeighMax company thinks I should be happy. They sent me a replacement! Some warranty!
