I have an older shower head like this that I have had at least 8-10 yrs and I love it. You can adjust it to any height needed, higher for tall people and low as not to get your head wet if wanted. I hate using other peoples shower and it "spraying" me in the face or getting my hair wet when I am not ready to shampoo my hair. I purchased this one to go in my "boarding" house where several people will share the bathroom/shower and adjusting the height of the shower head will be of great benefit the multiple users. I am so glad I found this product. When I did not initially find it at the local box hardware store I was afraid it was no longer available. But Amazon never fails to come through for that hard to find item! Thanks.
