Walk Fit Othotics by Phase4 - Size G I picked up my WalkFit orthotics from a store in the Mall of America, so I can't speak to all the customer service complaints from people who bought them directly from the company; but I have found them to be extremely helpful with my plantar fasceitis. Relieved the pain almost instantly. As others have noted, you do have to remove the regular liner from your shoes and experiment with the correct insert size (all included).Customer Review: happy feet, good price

I bought a pair of orthotics off TV many years ago when they were called Phase IV. I recently lost one and found these at Amazon. These WalkFits are even better than the originals because they come with three sizes of arch support inserts. Just be careful to determine which letter size matches your shoe size. They hurt for half a day and I quickly grew accustomed to them. The next day they hurt for a shorter amount of time. After a few days no more discomfort. They really work. By accident one morning my shoe fell, and I noticed the bottom. I have never worn a shoe/sneaker so evenly -- perfectly even on both feet. That's enough for me.Customer Review: HORRIBLE

This is a terrible product and a horrible company. Delivery was very slow and inserts were intolerable. I promptly returned product, but did not receive refund, despite many phone calls. Beware of how much you're paying for nonrefundable shipping and handling if you're ordering directly from WalkFit - $29.85!!Customer Review: Why here??

There is a break in period so I can't speak yet. But why is everyone wasting their money here. The same exact thing is available at bedbath and beyond for 20 dollars. By the time you add shipping and what have you BedBath is cheaper. And you can return to bedbath anytime they are good about this sorta thing.
