My feet would much rather belong to a very tiny person, so I need arch support. I ordered the WalkFits and find them to be just fantastic underneath a nice neoprene Spenco insole, but the company is a real horror show. Communication is nonexistent, and for what they charge for shipping and handling I half expected them to arrive the next day in a wooden crate- nope, it took weeks, and they came in an envelope in the mail. What was the other $6 for, I'm wondering?
I'm very happy to see that I can get these at Target and CVS. I could use another pair or two but don't ever want to deal directly with the company again. There are too many legitimate, reasonable businesses out there.

Tammy writes: My husband ordered these inserts in March, 2005. In June, 2005, the order was processed and we received these inserts. By this time, forget it; we returned them following the exact instructions in the invoice and using their own return label. USPS reported delivery on 07/01/05 and as of today, 07/21/05, the refund has not been processed. Customer service (once I finally reached someone!) said a refund was not in process because the time for a refund had expired since the order was placed in March!!! I argued the point and was finally given a contact person and phone number in Refund Dept. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone in that department. I was debating whether to get the gel inserts (since I've tried them in the past) or this product. I decided to try this after getting a bargain from Ebay. After trying them on, it felt uncomfortable (like walking on a small flat rock constantly). They did mention a "break in" period so I decided to stick with it. After a couple of days though, they really felt comfortable and it seems like they are giving you the support they had advertised. They do mention that these product was meant to replace insoles of shoes with their on support system already so I'd buy these if your shoes don't have the arch support system already built in.Customer Review: Foot Saver!

The pain in my heel was getting terrible. It was getting progressively worse. I love to walk and hike and I just needed some relief until I could get to the doctor. Every night I limped around the house. A friend of mine told me to check out the Walk Fit Orthotic inserts. The price was VERY reasonable, so I ordered them. Within 2-3 minutes of wearing them, there was complete relief from the heel pain. Complete relief!! It only took a couple of days to get used to wearing them all day, and that's what I do now. This was the break my foot needed to heal, and it is slowly getting better.Customer Review: Postal worker loves them

I am a female letter carrier with a walking route and a lot of stairs. The past few months I have been limping . I was dreading going to a foot doctor. I tried a few inserts thinking I needed some cushion but none helped. I watched the infomercial and thought I would research the inserts later. I saw WalkFit at CVS and decided to try them. The instructions said to wear the inserts an hour or so at first. The first day I wore them all day to work and my foot pain was 90% better. I am thrilled. I will try the medium inserts. They are truely worth the money for me. I love them.
