It works well. It cleans relatively easily. I'm happy with it. While there must be ways to make bad wheel cutters, the manufacturer avoids them.
Oddly, my favorite feature is the loop at the back allowing me to easily hang the thing up. A sharp cutter has no place in a drawer. This one is sharp. I know it's a sin, but I use circular cutters for lots of things. Mincing herbs and chili peppers come to mind. I don't eat much pizza.
