THIS IS A VERY SMALL WHISK TO BE USED FOR VERY SMALL JOBS - GUESS THAT'S WHY THEY CALL IT A MINI WHISK - IT'S GREAT FOR EGGS, LIGHT SAUCES, HOT COCOA, ETC. - I LOVE TO COOK BUT I'M NOT MUCH FOR FOLLOWING RECIPES TO THE T - I'M MORE OF FEELING COOK - A DASH HERE A PINCH THERE AND IF I FEEL IT NEEDS A LITTLE SOMETHING ELSE WELL THERE'S ALWAYS THE OLD STAND BY OF A DROLLOP ......... IT'S ALSO IMPORTANT HOW THE UTENSILS I'M WORKING WITH FEEL IN MY HANDS AND I LOVE THIS MINI WHISK BECAUSE THE HANDLE HAS WEIGHT TO IT NOT TOO MUCH - JUST ENOUGH.
