I'm from germany, so I know the WMF name brand stands for quality. So I had no qualms ordering this product from Amazon. It works great for the Fry-daddy - my husband is actually the one using it, and he is thrilled!
Another great product from WMF. I am getting the soup ladle now, can't wait! The price is probably better than in Germany too!

This skimmer/ladle is made very well and is the perfect size for scooping out fries from my new deep fryer that I purchased through Amazon.com. The handle is long, which is great. It allows me to scoop out the food without getting my hand too close to the hot oil. I would highly recommend this product.Customer Review: good skimmer for the right purpose

When I want to dip food out of grease or hot water this is the perfect skimmer for me. There are times when a mesh strainer will not do because too much grease or water clings to the tool and the food. This one drains most of the liquid away instantly.Customer Review: Nice Skimmer!
