WMF seems to know how to design and execute a useful as well as attractive product. The olive spoon is long, smooth and shiny. While it is not for your formal table, using it in the kitchen or at an informal buffet suffices nicely. I purchased two. I know, I know how many olive spoons can one have, well it's great for relish too. You be the judge, but I know this is a keeper.(Review by John's wife as were/are all other reviews).Customer Review: Nice little olive lifter........

Well, here it is. This was a gift. Nicely designed with a hole in the correct location. Little bitty olives will fall through, so only buy the larger olives. I actually hate these kinds of things. I always use one of those little oar-derve forks if I need an olive. But this was a gift. And they LIKED it!Customer Review: very shiny, clean design

Do I need an olive spoon? No. Did I like it and want it anyway? Yes. *shrug* :) So far so good, it seems like good quality like much of the rest of the line of stuff. :)
