It was necessary to remove the insole from my shoe in order to insert the walk fit insole. The walk fit insole doesn't fit the entire length of the insole, leaving the ball of your foot and toes rubbing against the bottom of the shoe without any insole. A little too rough. Would be better if it convered the full length of the insole. Maybe you could try a smaller size and not remove the insole of your shoe.Customer Review: WalkFit OK

I got the WalkFit after seeing them on TV. My expetations were very high and I do not believe they lived up to thoes expetations. They work fine but I can see how people will not like them. They have not relieved any pain yet they feel good on my feet. I just hope I am not hurting any other part of my body.
I would not recommend nor would I tell someone not to try them.

If you need arch support this may be a good choice but if you don't it is hard and uncomfortable. You will need a shoe that has room enough to accommodate it. It should be flatter and larger around the front to help keep it from shifting around as you put your shoes on. It just did not work well for my aching feet.
