Amzaon mistakenly shipped 12 incorrect Villeroy & Boch dinner plates, the pattern was not even close. And two of the plates were received broken. Amazon was super about the return; and refunded my purchase quickly and efficeintly. I subsequently purchased the plates elsewere. The plates themselves are of the finest quality. (Other similar orders from Amazon were received in good condition. This order, just an anomoly?)
