This item arrived with minimal bubble wrap and was shattered inside the box. C'mon, guys, it's China for goodness sake...please wrap it carefully!

As always, the amazon return process was simple and painless. Their shipping department needs to be a little more careful, though. Maybe this isn't a good product to order online.
