if you have a problem with your pizzelle sticking just add more butter or margerine. Also if you use one teaspoon full it will be perfect. I also just used a flast spatulla to take the pizzelles out. also if you have a digital timer it makes pizzelle making much easier. it would take me about 40-45 seconds for each pizzelle. depends on how brown you want them. the digital timer i used was bought at a dollar store. they are a wonderful gift. hope you enjoy making them as much as i do.Customer Review: Bella loves her pizzelle baker!

Recipes are easy to follow in the booklet that comes with the maker. I read the other comments before purchasing, one said to spray oil on the baker. I did not find that I needed to. Cookies come out easily and clean. I'm still playing with the right amount of batter to use but even when the dough goes over the sides, clean up is super easy. Buy this!! You will love it ...and you can make cookies super fast without turning on the oven when it's hot out!!Customer Review: Not bad

This is the first pizzelle maker I've ever purchased. The machine works great. The handles flex a little too much. This was disconcerting to me. Otherwise, the machine worked good, I made great pizzelles, everyone loved them. The recipes in the instruction book were good. For the price I paid,$42,I'm pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this pizzelle maker. Since this is the only pizzelle maker I have experienced, I did not give it five stars.Customer Review: Beats using a stove top pizelle iron

I am impressed by how easy it is to use this pizelle iron. The recipe for traditional Italian pizelles works fine, and they don't stick to the heated surface. If you like anise, use anise oil instead of extract for a stronger anise flavor. I need to play with my pizelle machine a little more because the pizelles come out with different degrees of darkness even though I cook them all the same amount of time. I've been getting Pizzelle cookies for Christmas from my aunt and I look forward to them every year. She informed me last year that her pizzelle maker broke down, and she can't find one anywhere. Thank God i found one on your website! Not only did i buy one, i sent the information to my other aunt who also bought one. We both love the pizzelle maker, it works great,and i would reccomend it to everyone. I recieved it in a few short days,and i love it!
