I originally bought this product to make stroopwafels - the most delicious dutch cookie - but I have had lots of fun making pizzelle cookies and ice cream cups. It heats up really fast, cooks evenly and is easy to clean. My only complain (which might be a problem with my technique) is I've been having a hard time getting the pizzelles or stroopwafels to come out in a perfectly circular shape. Hopefully, I can correct this problem with more practice but the cookies still taste delicious and are easy to make at home with this appliance.Customer Review: Great Great Great!

I love this pizzelle iron - it's fast, clean, and helps me make one mean pizzelle! I bought this for my husband for Valentine's Day (and yes, I did make the pizzelles for him - his favorite dessert!) and he's been asking for more pizzelles ever since! Another plus - the pizzelle sizes are big enough to make one scoop ice cream bowls - perfect for people like me who don't like a huge serving of dessert all at once (but who won't turn down a second serving if it was around..!) My wife is Sicilian and her family has always made Pizzelle around the holidays, but my wife never had a maker. I purchased this for her and she is totally satisfied with the product. It makes great pizzelle, which do not stick to the iron, and once you have the right amount of dough down, you can make a ton of perfect pizzelle in no time. Although her family recipe is incredible, the included recipe book did give us some ideas to put a little twist on them. I first had pizzelle at a Christmas party. I started to look for a pizzelle maker for myself soon after I tasted it.
The machine is easy to use, even heating, and so easy to clean.
I follow the recipes that's enclosed in the pizzelle maker and I have produced amazing pizzelles.
I make about 4 dozens of pizzelles and gave them away as Christmas gifts. They sure look like they come from an high-end bakery. Nothing tastes better than freshly baked pizzelle.

Though I have the non-stick version that is still back from where I moved from, I bought this version in order to make my favorite holiday treat this past Christmas. This product worked wonderfully and as advertised. Nothing stuck and was extremely easy to use. The one thing I will say is that it seemed the pizzelles came out a bit thinner in the non-stick version, but it could have been a variance in the batter I suppose. Regardless, it worked very well and highly recommend this product.
