If you use a mandoline to slice vegetables and such, this is a must. I'm still careful when using the mandoline, but the glove protects my fingers beautifully from getting cut. I always cringe when I see chefs using the mandoline without any kind of protection. Purchased this glove for me and another larger one for my husband.Customer Review: Good protection for the cook

My wife loves to cook and bake. Unfortunately, she will occasionally cut herself. These gloves are easy to put on and easy to wear. They clean up easily. They are not cut proof. They provide protection from sharp blades. Well worth the cost for the cook in your life.
