This is my go-to paring knife. It's sharp and fits my hand well. The one I bought over a year ago has lost a little of its sharpness with constant use, but it's still very sharp. Short blade is great for coring. Goes in the dishwasher. I keep 2 in my knife drawer and have given them as gifts. Great value.Customer Review: Great Knife

I just love this knife. I am planning on buying three more for my relatives for Christmas presents. It does a great job plus it is very easy to use. Last night I pared white potatoes for french fries, the knife just slides over the potatoes ever so gently. I've been on the hunt for a paring knife like this for a long time. A good knife at a reasonable price. This turned out to be a great knife, and it's cheap!
It cuts like the proverbial hot knife through butter. And I can't find anything wrong with it....

It's sharp. I'll give it that. But the idea that this is a 'large handle' paring knife is a joke. I order it specifically because of that feature as my wife has pretty bad arthritis in her hands. I'll keep it, but I'll be looking for something more appropriate.
