after we bought a set of 6 steak knives, we liked them so much we bought another set of steak knives, as well as a set of 3 chef's knives. they are very sharp, and a great value for the price compared to other knives. be careful until you get used to knives this sharp - we have already cut ourselves a few times!Customer Review: Great knives

This is a well-balanced set of knives and a good value for the money. They are rather sharp and hold their edge very well. I have not had the opportunity to sharpen them yet to see how difficult that process is. I purchased these knives for my daughter. I have Cutco and tried going to e-bay to purchase at a reasonable price. They were still over my budget.
