This is a very nice quality rolling pin. It is easy to handle and clean. I have used it on stiff and soft doughs, and works well for both. It is relatively easy to use when rolling dough into a particular shape, ie for scones, or pie crust.Customer Review: great control

I can't believe it's taken me this long to get one of these. Lose the old fashioned American rolling pin and get one of these. High quality wood, feels good in your hands. Easier to use than American pins.
